MOMO Time
Upon successful running several restaurant businesses over 20 years, we are delighted to undertake production and marketing of Momos, a special delicacy of Himalayan heritage straight from Nepal.
Momos are a type of dumpling, with delicious and nutritious fillings inside the flour dough wrap. The Momos, with the fillings consisting of ground paste of mixed vegetables, chicken, any meat or any other food items, made into round or crescent shape, are steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried. They are usually served with a delicious dipping sauce to give them an enriching taste.
Though they look very similar to the Chinese dumplings, Momos stand out with their own unique character, combining the Nepalese and Tibetan influences into a special cuisine.
